K&L Bolsters Commercial Disputes Group With SC Partner

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 3:33 PM ET) -- K&L Gates LLP has expanded its commercial disputes practice group by adding the former managing partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Charleston, S.C., office, who will specialize in areas including securities, intellectual property, commercial contracts and product liability, it announced Thursday.

Richard A. Farrier Jr. will join K&L Gates’ Charleston office as a partner in its commercial disputes practice group, the firm said.
