Markey Wants Mobile Carriers' Police Tracking Data

Ed Markey, D-Mass., on Thursday urged AT&T Inc. and eight other major wireless carriers to reveal their methods for sharing customers' cellphone information with police, citing widespread privacy and constitutional concerns over the transfer of this information without a warrant.
