Infocrossing Seeks Sanctions For Sandata Lawyer

Law360, New York (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Technology outsourcing company Infocrossing Inc. has sought sanctions against a Fulbright & Jaworski LLP lawyer who represents Sandata Technologies Inc. in the companies' bitter patent dispute.

Infocrossing filed its motion for sanctions and to strike Sandata's filings opposing its earlier motion for default judgment Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The motion asks the court to assess attorneys' fees and related costs against the attorney, Daniel M. Gantt.
