Cuomo Eyes Private Tappan Zee Funding After Feds Nix Loan

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 9:46 PM EDT) -- After federal officials denied New York a $2 billion loan to replace the aging Tappan Zee Bridge, Gov. Andrew Cuomo is considering alternatives including using private financing for the $5.2 billion rebuild, according to reports Thursday.
