Judge Tells BofA Attys In MBS Suit To 'Grow Up,' Stop Delays

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 6:39 PM ET) -- A New York state judge threatened to sanction Bank of America Corp.'s attorneys during a hearing Friday for holding up discovery in a multibillion-dollar lawsuit over securitized mortgages that MBIA Inc. insured.

"We've really got to step up to the plate, take a big, deep breath, and grow up a bit," Judge Eileen Bransten said during the hearing in her downtown Manhattan courtroom.
