Jaco Must Arbitrate MDL Price-Fixing Claims, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 7:08 PM ET) -- NEC Corp. on Thursday asked the Ninth Circuit to enforce an arbitration agreement between the liquid crystal display maker and Jaco Electronics Inc., saying a lower court shouldn’t have let NEC's distributor bring price-fixing claims against the company in multidistrict litigation.
