Sharon Osbourne Loses Bid To Nix HSN Jewelry Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 04, 2012, 4:34 PM ET) -- A California judge on Friday refused to throw out a lawsuit claiming media personality Sharon Osbourne breached an agreement to help design and promote a jewelry line on the Home Shopping Network, saying plaintiff Lucas Design International Inc.’s complaint alleges an enforceable oral contract.
