Rajaratnam Faces Deposition In $5M Tax Shelter Case

Law360, New York (May 4, 2012, 7:57 PM EDT) -- A New York judge has ordered that incarcerated hedge fund founder Raj Rajaratnam, convicted last year of insider trading, be deposed in a $5 million case involving tax shelter advice he received, and a lawyer involved said Friday he's aiming to schedule the deposition early next month.
