1st Circ. Gives U-Haul Price-Fixing Suit Another Look

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- The First Circuit on Friday revived a putative class action alleging U-Haul International Inc. invited rival Avis Budget Group Inc. to collude on truck rental prices.

The First Circuit vacated the dismissal of the suit in which named plaintiff Marcia Mei-Lee Liu claims U-Haul's unfair and deceptive practices caused her to pay more for truck rentals on two particular occasions.
