Paul Hastings Helps LIN TV In $330M New Vision Deal

Law360, New York (May 7, 2012, 12:37 PM EDT) -- LIN TV Corp. will purchase assets from local-market media company New Vision Television for $330.4 million, giving it control over more than a dozen affiliate stations, 10 of which are associated with major networks, LIN said Monday.
