Wives Of Madoff Sons Face $57.5M Unjust Enrichment Claims

Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 2:47 PM ET) -- The trustee recovering for victims of Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme expanded his suit against members of Madoff's family in New York bankruptcy court Friday to include the wives of Madoff's sons, who he says unfairly received at least $57.5 million belonging to customers.

Mark Madoff's widow Stephanie Mack, his ex-wife Susan Elkin, and Andrew Madoff's soon-to-be ex-wife Deborah Madoff are now among the defendants in a suit seeking $255 million from Madoff's family that trustee Irving Picard says belongs to Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities...
