Law360, New York (May 7, 2012, 8:40 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday reportedly criticized Motorola Mobility Inc. and Microsoft Corp. for using the court as a "pawn in a global, industrywide business negotiation," declining to immediately rule on two motions in an ongoing patent dispute between the two technology giants.
