8 Embassy Suites Can't Dodge US Bank's $188M Loan Suit

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 4:14 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday rejected a bid by eight Embassy Suites hotels to get off the hook in a $188 million loan default case, affirming US Bank NA has legal standing to sue the Windsor Capital Group Inc. affiliates in federal court.

U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl shot down the hotel management company affiliates' subject matter jurisdiction challenges in an opinion filed Monday.
