Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 2:09 PM ET) -- Sodexo Inc. on Monday won dismissal of a class action accusing the company of a laundry list of labor violations, including failure to pay overtime, when a California federal judge ruled the plaintiff’s “bare-bones allegations” weren’t specific enough to justify the lawsuit.
U.S. District Judge George H. King granted Sodexo’s motion to dismiss the putative class action after finding that food services worker Sasha Ovieda’s complaint failed to include information supporting her various labor law claims against her former employer.
