Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 5:44 PM ET) -- LG Display Co. Ltd. and Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corp. on Tuesday ended their long-running patent infringement dispute over technology related to liquid crystal display monitors.
U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark of Delaware federal court signed the joint stipulation, which dismissed all claims by LG and Chi Mei with prejudice.
Both sides will bear their own costs and attorneys' fees, the stipulation said.
Further terms surrounding the dismissal were not immediately available Tuesday.
