Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 4:06 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday blocked the enforcement of Illinois' controversial ban on creating audio recordings without the consent of all parties in situations involving the recording of police officers performing their official duties in public spaces.
