Brooklyn Tenants Claim Developer Illegally Hiked Rent

Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 6:40 PM EDT) -- Tenants at a luxury apartment complex in downtown Brooklyn have filed a class action against developer Two Trees Management Co., they said Tuesday, alleging violations of New York's tax abatement law and unacceptable building conditions at the 321-unit high-rise.
