Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 8:51 PM ET) -- Simon Property Group Inc. objected on Tuesday to Betsey Johnson LLC's chainwide going-out-of-business sales, claiming the advertising planned by the bankrupt clothier violate lease agreements with the real estate giant.
Betsey Johnson filed for Chapter 11 protection in New York April 26 and began seeking court approval to sell off its remaining inventory.
