Michael Jordan Gatorade Ads Endanger Teens, Group Says

Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The Public Health Advocacy Institute on Tuesday asked the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to investigate a series of PepsiCo Inc. Gatorade ads featuring Michael Jordan, saying the ads misrepresent the drink’s qualities and could lead teens to engage in dangerous behavior.
