Clemens Jury Must Decide Pettitte's Credibility, US Says

Law360, Washington (May 09, 2012, 7:04 PM ET) -- Prosecutors in Roger Clemens' perjury trial pushed a federal judge Wednesday to keep New York Yankees pitcher Andy Pettitte's testimony of Clemens' alleged steroid use in the court record, saying it's up to the jury to determine the credibility of Pettitte's memory of the conversation.
