Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 8:16 PM ET) -- Polsinelli Shughart PC announced it has added Texas employment and intellectual property attorney Leane C. Medford, who specializes in commercial litigation and appeals, to its year-old Dallas office.
In addition to employment and IP disputes, Medford, formerly a partner at Dallas litigation boutique Elrod PLLC, advises her clients on copyright and source code enforcement and trade secret matters, the firm said. She has experience defending companies in federal and state multidistrict litigation.
