Senate Approves Expanded Federal Whistleblower Protections

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 3:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Tuesday night unanimously passed a bill to shield members of the intelligence community who blow the whistle on fraud or misconduct, and to expand whistleblower protections throughout the federal government.
