Obama Nominee For Key DOE Post Steps Down

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The head of a key U.S. Department of Energy research and development office and nominee for a top post at the agency will step down next month, Energy Secretary Steven Chu said Wednesday.

Arun Majumdar, director of Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy and acting energy undersecretary, will resign in June, Chu said in an internal DOE email provided to Law360.
