Ex-Marvell Tech Manager Avoids Prison For Insider Trading

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 8:54 PM ET) -- A former Marvell Technology Group Ltd. manager on Wednesday was sentenced to two years of probation for his “modest” role in an insider trading scheme in which he leaked confidential tips about his employer to a former consultant at Primary Global Research LLC.
