Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 4:52 PM ET) -- Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. has extended its $206 million tender offer for Allos Therapeutics Inc. after federal antitrust regulators asked the drug companies to turn over more information on the planned deal, Spectrum said Thursday.
The $1.82-per-share offer, originally set to expire late Thursday, will instead run until 5 p.m. EST on May 24. Terms of the deal will remain the same.
As of late Wednesday, nearly 50 million Allos shares had been tendered, representing 46.5 percent of the outstanding shares pool, according to Henderson, Nev.-based Spectrum....
