Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 8:07 PM EDT) -- While the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission adopted new standards Thursday to bring transparency to the opaque derivatives market, the agency's decision not to tackle the most controversial provision of the proposal means substantive change will have to wait until at least this summer.
