Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 3:20 PM ET) -- BioMed Realty Trust Inc. will lease 126,000 square feet of office and lab space in Cambridge, Mass., to Aveo Pharmaceuticals Inc. in a 12-year deal worth $92 million, inking the first tenant to its newly finished six-story lab building, the parties said Thursday.
Aveo, developer of a promising new kidney cancer drug, will move all of its operations into 650 East Kendall St. from its current headquarters just a mile away, continuing its commitment to Cambridge's bustling research scene.
