'Pink Slime' Meat Co. AFA Sued For Canning Workers

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 12:39 PM ET) -- A putative class of about 200 former AFA Foods Inc. meatpacking employees filed suit in Delaware bankruptcy court on Wednesday alleging the company, which blamed its downfall on the so-called pink slime beef filler controversy, fired them without adequate notice.
