EEOC Keeps Fighting To Preserve Its Investigation Methods

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 8:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday renewed its bid for an en banc rehearing of its sexual harassment suit against CRST Van Expedited Inc. after an Eighth Circuit panel reaffirmed an opinion that would force changes in how the agency initiates large-scale cases.
