2nd Circ. Keeps $6.3M Amerex Insurance Row Buried

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 8:44 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday upheld a decision dismissing Amerex Group Inc.'s $6.3 million claim against excess insurers Lexington Insurance Co. and Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co. over coverage for property damage, saying the appraisal of Amerex's losses was fair.
