Marine Equipment Price-Fixing Suits Wind Down With Deals

Law360, Los Angeles (May 10, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday preliminarily approved class action settlements by the remaining defendants in twin lawsuits over a purported marine equipment price-fixing scheme that have already yielded $5 million in settlements, winding down litigation over the alleged conspiracy.
