ITC Sides With Korean Co. In Polyimide Film Patent Case

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday handed a win to SKC Kolon PI Inc., finding in an initial determination that it did not infringe four patents belonging to Kaneka Corp. that cover certain polyimide film products.
