Bryan Cave Can’t Shake Suit Over Privileged Info Use

Law360, Los Angeles (May 10, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- A California judge indicated Thursday that a marketing company’s suit accusing a former Bryan Cave LLP attorney of using privileged information to sue the company on behalf of another client could proceed despite the firm’s claim the suit is time-barred, attorneys said.

In a tentative ruling, Judge Yvette Palazuelos rejected Bryan Cave's argument that the lawsuit lodged in June by Darren Saville and his company Dar-Sav Inc. is barred under a one-year statute of limitations.
