Franken Prods DOJ On Mobile Tracking Amid Privacy Concerns

Al Franken, D-Minn., on Thursday questioned the U.S. Department of Justice about its practice of requesting individuals' location records from wireless carriers, as the U.S. House of Representatives prepares for a hearing next week to consider legislation that would curtail the practice.
