No Immunity For Abu Ghraib Contractors, 4th Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (May 11, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Friday dismissed appeals seeking to shield military contractors CACI International Inc. and L-3 Services Inc. from lawsuits over alleged abuse and torture at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, ruling the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the appeals.
