Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 7:09 PM ET) -- Falfurrias Capital Partners has sold its controlling interest in Commercial Credit Group Inc. to financial services private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners, Falfurrias said in a statement Thursday.
The Charlotte, N.C.-based private equity firm said the sale represented its ability to help Commercial Credit, an equipment finance and leasing company, obtain necessary capital while maintaining its own financial stability in a difficult market.
