Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 6:27 PM ET) -- A cross-border corporate transactional attorney who specializes in private equity deals has left Kirkland & Ellis LLP and joined Duane Morris LLP in London to launch the firm's European private equity practice, Duane Morris said Monday.
Pierfrancesco Carbone, previously a private equity corporate attorney with Kirkland, will work in Duane Morris' corporate practice group in London and oversee the rollout of its European private equity practice, the firm said.
