DuPont Clashes With Workers Over Benefits

DuPont De Nemours & Co. and a union representing its employees over changes the company made in its worker benefit plans escalated on Tuesday, with the union asking the court to compel arbitration and the company arguing that the workers' claims could not be arbitrated.
