Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 5:07 PM ET) -- A subsidiary of Missouri-based master limited partnership Inergy LP that invests in natural gas storage and transportation assets said Monday that it has acquired New York salt manufacturer US Salt LLC from Inergy for $193 million.
Inergy Midstream LP said it had acquired 100 percent of the membership interest in the Watkins Glen-based salt maker. It expects the deal to be immediately accretive to earnings.
