Foley & Lardner Brings On McGuireWoods Securities Pro

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 2:39 PM ET) -- Foley & Lardner LLP has bolstered its securities practice by luring a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission attorney from McGuireWoods LLP to join its Washington and Tampa, Fla., offices, the firm announced.

Christopher Cutler, who will be based out of Florida as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group, focuses his practice on securities enforcement actions. He will represent international and domestic accounting firms, companies, auditors and individuals in civil, criminal and regulatory matters, the firm said in a May 14 statement.
