Calif. High Court Rebuffs Appeal In Water Storage Plan Row

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 10:40 PM ET) -- California's highest court has rejected jurisdictional appeals from Tesoro Oil Co. and three cities in a dispute about a state-mediated plan to tap into some 450,000 acre-feet of groundwater storage capacity, the Water Replenishment District of Southern California said Monday.
