Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 8:21 PM ET) -- A California appeals court has refused to reconsider an opinion overturning a $603 million jury verdict against a Boeing Co. unit in a dispute with ICO Global Communications Ltd. over two satellite contracts, ICO's parent Pendrell Corp. said Monday.
In a brief May 8 docket entry, the California Court of Appeals denied ICO's petition for a rehearing of its April decision reversing the jury verdict and ordering the trial court to enter judgment in favor of Boeing Satellite Systems International Inc.
