SEC, Citi Rip Rakoff In Bid To Restore $285M MBS Settlement

Rakoff for rejecting their $285 million mortgage-backed securities settlement, calling his decision unprecedented and unwise as the unlikely bedfellows asked the Second Circuit to restore the deal.
