Tishman Seeks 2nd Circ. Knockout Of 7 WTC Liability Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 15, 2012, 10:15 PM ET) -- Tishman Construction Corp. on Monday urged the Second Circuit to affirm that it can't be held liable for negligence by Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. and its insurers over the collapse of 7 World Trade Center following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
