Antitrust Attorney Moves To Proskauer Rose

Law360, New York (September 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move to boost its competition counseling capabilities for clients, Proskauer Rose LLP has lured an antitrust partner from Dickstein Shapiro LLP.

Alicia J. Batts' first full day at Proskauer's Washington office was Wednesday. She said she decided to join the firm because of its excellent reputation, large number of clients, healthy transactional and private equity practice and international footprint.

“It was an offer I couldn't pass up,” she said.

Batts had been with Dickstein Shapiro for about three years, concentrating mostly on antitrust litigation....
