Pentagon Settles Suit Over Army Reserve Contract Award

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 3:33 PM ET) -- CACI Technologies Inc. on Wednesday settled its protest against the U.S. Department of Defense, dropping its claims that the federal government improperly abandoned its normal bidding process when it gave a contract for Army Reserve training services to a Raytheon Co. unit.

In a filing with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, CACI said it would drop the allegations against the Pentagon with prejudice in accordance with a settlement agreement.
