Judge Trims Suit Over $1M Unreported SourceGas Merger Cash

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 3:27 PM ET) -- A Delaware judge on Tuesday released SourceGas Holdings LLC from a whistleblower suit alleging a unit of the natural gas company concealed from the government $1.1 million in unclaimed payments left over from its acquisition of Kinder Morgan Inc.'s distribution and utility business.
