Nonunion AMR Employees Can't Fend Off Wage Change

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 8:25 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday rejected American Airlines Inc. passenger service agents' bid to bar the airline from unilaterally modifying their wages and benefits, dealing a blow to the workers, who are not currently represented by a union.
