Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 7:34 PM ET) -- The White House said Tuesday it would veto the current version of the 2013 defense spending bill, set for a vote Friday in the U.S. House of Representatives, because the bill's provisions on nuclear weapons, treatment of detainees and overall funding levels would all be deal-breakers for the administration.
