Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 4:04 PM ET) -- California-based health care company Allergan Inc. will be setting up its first East Coast research and development base in Bridgewater, N.J., after signing a 93,000-square-foot lease with SJP Properties Inc., the companies announced Thursday.
The company, which had conducted an extensive national search before making its decision, said it was attracted by the heavy presence of local pharmaceutical talent and by the office park's proximity to medical centers and universities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
